At Atomic Tuning, we specialize in vehicle remapping and tuning to enhance performance. However, by choosing our services, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms: 

1. Acknowledgment of Risk

Vehicle tuning and remapping can alter the performance characteristics of your vehicle. While we take every precaution to ensure safe and effective tuning, modifications may result in increased wear and tear, reduced component lifespan, or potential mechanical failure. Atomic Tuning is not responsible for any damage, faults, or failures that arise following tuning or remapping.

 2. No Warranty or Guarantee

Atomic Tuning provides tuning services on an "as-is" basis. While we strive to deliver the best results, we do not guarantee specific performance outcomes, fuel efficiency improvements, or the longevity of modified components. Any modifications to a vehicle’s software or hardware are done at the customer’s own risk.

 3. Legal Compliance

Certain modifications may affect the legality of your vehicle for road use under UK law, including but not limited to emissions compliance and MOT regulations. It is solely the customer’s responsibility to ensure their vehicle remains road-legal and compliant with all applicable laws and regulations. Atomic Tuning assumes no liability for any legal consequences arising from modifications.

 4. Vehicle Warranty & Manufacturer Restrictions

Many vehicle manufacturers and insurers do not cover modifications, including ECU remapping. It is the responsibility of the vehicle owner to check and confirm how modifications may impact existing warranties or insurance policies. Atomic Tuning accepts no liability for any voided warranties, insurance claims, or legal implications resulting from modifications.

 5. Liability Waiver

By using Atomic Tuning’s services, the customer releases Atomic Tuning, its employees, and affiliates from any liability for damages, including but not limited to engine failure, drivetrain issues, transmission failure, or any other mechanical or electrical malfunctions that may occur due to tuning modifications. The customer assumes full responsibility for any potential consequences of tuning and modification.

 6. Customer Responsibility

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure their vehicle is in good working condition before tuning. Any pre-existing issues, weak components, or maintenance neglect may be exacerbated by performance modifications. Atomic Tuning is not responsible for any failures caused by underlying mechanical issues.

 7. Track Use & Motorsport Applications

Tuning services provided by Atomic Tuning are intended for off-road, track, or motorsport applications unless explicitly stated otherwise. The customer acknowledges that using a tuned vehicle on public roads may be subject to legal restrictions.

 8. Final Agreement

By proceeding with any Remapping, tuning or modification services, the customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to this disclaimer. They accept full responsibility for their vehicle and any consequences resulting from modifications performed by Atomic Tuning.
